To the industry

In the market or economy, I see that Companies struggle to become acquiescent and I find them the most exciting to analyse, and also I get ecstatic whenever I have an opportunity to learn and take charge of solving the roadblocks. That is what drove me to be Company Secretary, and that is where I get so many chances to learn every day and dig up companies to find out what is behind the curtain. To find intrinsic value of a company, compliance has become one of the essential and basic prerequisite. I am passionate to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of Companies that operate in a particular market or economy.

With immense faith of the founders doubled by the proven track record in compliance trend-setting, it paves a strongly committed path in building ecologically sustainable compliance management system within the start-ups, companies, LLP’s and other body corporates to which I am associated.
